Capitol Vial specializes in producing FDA-approved food grade polypropylene containers that conform to FDA and SAMHSA specifications. The triple seal containers are sterile, airtight and leakproof. This patented flip-top is integrally hinged to the container, allowing the user to open and close the container with one hand.
Capitol Vial designs and builds custom molds to customers’ specific requirements and manufactures a variety of containers including, but not limited to, milk vials for dairy testing, specimen collection and transport containers for drugs of abuse testing, environmental sampling containers, quality control sample storage containers and food packaging vials. The containers are available in light repellent colors including amber and black or can be customized to meet the needs of your application.
Containers from Capitol Vial are manufactured in FDA approved Class 10,000 and Class 100,000 clean rooms. The containers are sterile-by-process and for most applications do not require a second means of sterilization. Containers are physically closed in the mold as part of the manufacturing process in clean rooms using Hepa-Filtration Systems, guaranteeing zero particulates larger than one half micron. The containers are non-absorptive and non-aerosoling. Capitol Vial containers and systems are protected by ten different patents.
